Meet Dom – Head Coach & Co-Founder

Dom is the heart of the pitch here at Little Crocs Football Coaching. With over a decade of experience in both grassroots football and childcare, he brings a unique blend of energy, patience, and football know-how to every session.

As Head Coach and co-founder of Little Crocs, Dom’s mission is simple: to create a fun, supportive space where every child can fall in love with football—no matter their ability, confidence level, or experience. He’s passionate about helping children grow not just as players, but as people.

Dom has coached a range of local youth teams across South East London and is well-known in the community for his approachable style and ability to connect with children of all ages. His sessions are packed with encouragement, creativity, and lots of laughs—because he knows that when kids feel happy and supported, they learn best.

Whether he’s leading a warm-up, cheering from the sidelines, or doing silly dances with Mr Croc, Dom leads by example—bringing passion, playfulness, and positivity to every session.

Meet Sarah – Co-Founder & Childcare Lead

Sarah is the heart behind the scenes at Little Crocs Football Coaching. With over 12 years of experience in childcare and early years development, she brings a nurturing touch to everything we do—ensuring that our sessions are not just fun, but also thoughtfully designed to support each child’s confidence, growth, and wellbeing.

As co-founder of Little Crocs (and proud mum of three!), Sarah understands what families need. Her background in managing nurseries and after-school clubs means she knows how to create a safe, inclusive space where children feel supported and free to be themselves.

Sarah works closely with parents, nurseries, and our wider community to ensure every Little Crocs experience is positive and engaging—from our first hello to every proud high five. She’s also the creative force behind our themes, partnerships, and special events, always thinking about how to make our sessions even more magical.

Meet Mr Croc!

Say hello to our cheeky mascot and biggest fan—Mr Croc!

Mr Croc is the heart and soul of Little Crocs Football Coaching. He’s always ready with a big smile, a high five, and plenty of energy to cheer on our little players. You might spot him popping into sessions, dancing on the sidelines, or joining in with warm-ups (he’s got some great moves for a crocodile!).

More than just a mascot, Mr Croc helps bring our sessions to life by making football even more fun and magical—especially for our youngest players. He’s a friendly face that helps build confidence, encourages teamwork, and reminds every child that it’s okay to be yourself, try your best, and have a laugh while you learn.
